Terribly Tremendous Tulips


The Tulip Flower!

I didn’t realize that the Tulip is native to Northern Africa and Asia? It’s so prevalent throughout the US, but it’s not native here. That’s just kind of interesting, if you have further insight place comment below. The Tulip is also in the Liliaceae family. It’s always reminded me of Easter, since it predominantly grows in early Spring.

The Second two images in this post were found at Bush’s Pasture Park in Salem, OR. I found them a few weeks back, and when I went back by earlier this week, they were all gone. Making way for the next round of flowers. The first image in this post was found just down the street from where I live, on a walk around the block one evening.
